Limburg is one of the warmest region in the Netherlands with an average daily high temperature of 15 degrees. The climate widely corresponds to Central European weather conditions. It is cold, wet and a few beautiful summer months are also happening during a year. It rarely gets really warm here. Due to the warmer temperatures the best time for traveling is from June to September. Less attractive are the cold months from November to March.

Up to 39, people perceive the air as slightly uncomfortable, and above 40, as very uncomfortable. Values above 45 are dangerous in the long run and often lead to heat stroke.
