Rakhine is one of the coldest regions in Myanmar with an average daily high temperature of only 31 degrees. High humidity and hot temperatures make the weather at times pleasant but also tropical humid. It is yearlong warm or hot. Dued to the lesser rain the best time for traveling is from November to April. Most precipitation falls from June to October. Days with heavy rain and large amounts of precipitation are in November.
