Guaraní speaking countries

Guaraní is the official language in Paraguay and is spoken in 1 more countries as monther tongue by a part of the population. The Guaraní language (native name: Avañe'ẽ) has its roots in the Tupian language family.

With a share of around 40%, it is most widespread in Paraguay. A total of about 3.0 m people worldwide speak Guaraní as their mother tongue.
