
Guaraní speaking countries
Guaraní is one out of two official languages in Paraguay and is spoken in Bolivia as monther tongue by a part of the population. The Guaraní language (native name: Avañe'ẽ) has its roots in the Tupian language family.As a percentage of the total population, the largest share of around 40 percent is in Paraguay. A total of about 2.8 million people worldwide speak Guaraní as their mother tongue.
