Development of telephone and internet connections
With an average download speed of 100.65 Mbit/second for fixed-network broadband internet, Israel ranks 29th in an international comparison. The upload rate of only 23.45 Mbit/second was significantly lower (80th place).In mobile internet, i.e., on tablets and smartphones, Israel comes 70th with a download speed of 28.60 Mbit/second. The upload speed of around 9 Mbit was only enough for 98th place.
