Saint Lucia is an island state of the Lesser Antilles in the South Caribbean. The dwarf state has a total area of only 620 km² and a total coastline of 158 km. This area is about 3.5 times the size of Washington, D.C. The island group consists of 8 islands. Saint Lucia has no direct neighbours.
